- Prior experience in construction, possibly with a relevant degree or certification.
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and codes.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Clear communication skills for coordinating tasks and resolving issues.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and legal requirements.
- Achieving project targets and generating business
- Booking process and KYC verification activities. (ERP booking).
- Payment collection as per terms and conditions
- Developing / meeting channel partners and ensuring engagement activities.
- Coordinating post sales activities like agreement, dastavages etc.
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is typically required.
- Prior experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in areas relevant to your organization's needs.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
